Working along side the Department Manger, the supervisor will be responsible for managing clerks and the retail floor. Help Places orders if needed.
Receives, stocks, maintains, and organizes product on retail floor and in back stock area. Provides good customer service.
Keeps retail and production areas clean, maintained, and presentable.
Pro-actively contributes to department achieving established goals and results.
Assists in other departments as needed and performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Ability to lift up to 22kg.
Demonstrated strength in communication with customers, staff and vendors.
Experience & passion for organic and natural food is a definite asset.
Experience: 3 years (retail)
Full-time hours: 37.50-40hrs per week
