Description:- At Circle K Kindersley, we are looking for afulltime permanent Retail Store supervisor. Must be able to workmorning, evening, night and weekend shifts. Training will beprovided. May need to work independently.
Job Duties:
Assign sales workers to duties,
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff,
Authorize payments by cheque,
Order merchandise, Authorize return of merchandise,
Establish work schedules,
Sell merchandise,
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnelmatters,
Organize and maintain inventory,
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints andsupply shortages,
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.

· May need to perform repetitive tasks.
