We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent.
Responsibilities
Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Check-in/Check-out: Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy in guest information and billing.
Reservations: Handle phone and online reservations, and assist with booking inquiries.
Customer Support: Address guest requests, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Administrative Duties: Perform daily front desk operations, including managing cash transactions, maintaining guest records, and updating hotel databases.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
Education: Completion of high school. Post-secondary education in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields is an asset.
Experience: Previous experience of 12 months in a hotel front desk or customer service role.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Technical: Proficiency in using hotel management software (experience with systems like Opera or Cloudbeds is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Attitude: Pleasing personality. Positive, friendly demeanor with a strong customer-focused approach.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
