JOB DESCRIPTION

The Technical Sales Representative at CertifyPro Business Solutions Inc., a consulting and training company for project management and business certifications, will be selling a range of services to commercial and industrial establishments in domestic localities.

 

EMPLOYMENT LENGTH: PERMANENT 30Hrs Full Time

JOB DUTIES

The duties of the Technical Sales Representative at Certifypro Business Solutions Inc. will include but are not limited to:

·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering personalized support and ensuring their success throughout their training and business coaching journey.

·         Identify and prospect new clients in the business coaching and certification sectors, utilizing market research, networking, and targeted outreach strategies.

·         Work closely with clients to understand their unique business goals and career aspirations. Recommend the most relevant certification programs or coaching services, ensuring a personalized approach that aligns with their objectives.

·         Collaborate with clients to identify training needs and consult on the customization of our services, such as Project Management, Analytics, or Supply Chain certifications, ensuring that each solution is relevant and impactful for their career growth.

·         Create clear, persuasive proposals and presentations to communicate the benefits of our training programs and coaching services, demonstrating how they align with the client’s needs and future business goals.

·         Provide accurate pricing estimates and negotiate contract terms with clients, ensuring alignment with both their budget and business objectives.

·         Offer ongoing support to clients after the sale, ensuring their successful completion of certifications and coaching programs. Provide advice and troubleshooting as clients navigate their learning journey.

·         Stay up-to-date with our suite of training and certification services, including Microsoft and IT studio platform certifications, to effectively communicate offerings to clients and provide detailed answers to questions.

·         Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets. Track progress and provide regular reports on sales performance, including client acquisition, retention, and overall satisfaction.

·         Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging needs in the business coaching and certification training industry.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related program is required.
One to seven months of experience in sales or in a similar occupation is required.
