– Compute the kitchen work orders
– Weekly raw material inventory count
– Ordering the raw material to maintain optimal inventory count
– Ordering machine parts for maintenance
– Record weekly utilities usages
– Completing paperwork for the new hire employees
– Coordinating with AP on validating the receiving of items with the invoices
– Record daily employes attendance manually to check and refer to when employees miss punches
– Maintaining all the production records
– Prepare the weekly production schedule and summary of production
– Coordinate with finance team to create the K Code and vendor code for new items
