Job Description: –
Oversee and coordinate the activities of sales staff and cashiers.
Assign duties to sales personnel and create work schedules.
Approve payments and manage merchandise returns.
Address and resolve issues such as customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages.
Manage inventory levels and place merchandise orders as needed.
Compile reports on sales performance, merchandising, and employee-related matters.
Recruit, train, or arrange training for new sales staff, and monitor their performance.
Ensure the store maintains its visual presentation standards, including displays, signage, and cleanliness.
Skills and Qualification: –
Completion of secondary school is must.
Retail experience of 1-2 years is required.
Language: -English
Work Condition: – Weekdays & Weekends, Full time & permanent
Hours: – 30-40hrs/week
Wage: – $24.04/hr
