Responsibilities

In this leadership role, the Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for:

•             Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth in the real estate sector.
•             Lead market research initiatives to identify new opportunities, customer trends, and competitive positioning.
•             Oversee the creation and execution of promotional campaigns, including digital marketing, print media, and public relations efforts.
•             Collaborate with senior management to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and financial goals.
•             Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
•             Build and maintain relationships with external partners, media outlets, and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility.
•             Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness and achieve targets.
•             Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and a results-driven culture.
This position requires a leader with experience in real estate, management, and international markets.

 

Experience and Specialization

Computer knowledge: MS Outlook, MS Windows
Expertise in management, marketing, and brand management

Additional Information
