Job Summary:
Pedi N Nails West Toronto is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nail Salon Manager to oversee salon operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability. You will manage daily activities, such as welcoming guests, scheduling appointments, handling administrative tasks, managing inventory, and ensuring the highest quality standards for all services.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising staff and salon operations
- Managing customer appointments and inquiries (phone, email, and in-person)
- Administrative tasks, including bookkeeping and inventory management
- Hiring, training, and scheduling staff
- Promoting services in-store and online
- Managing online marketing campaigns and social media channels
- Ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards
- Monitoring and presenting financial records (daily, weekly, quarterly)
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field (preferred)
- 3 years of experience as a Supervisor/Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of nails, waxing, and eyelash extension services
- Excellent bookkeeping and accounting skills
- Outstanding customer service, organization, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Suite, and social media platforms
- Experience with advertising platforms and POS/online booking systems is a plus
- Leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
Day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend availability required.
