MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office, such as answer and direct phone call, schedule meetings, appointments, distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
· Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person
· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
· Maintain inventory of office supplies and research new hot deals
· Prepare monthly client statement of accounts
· Update and maintain office policies and procedures
· Assist Immigration Consultant to prepare letters, documents, information forms regarding application under various immigration categories
· Collect, process and fill out correspondence, forms and other documents based on clients’ Information
· Maintain and prepare reports of both hard copy and digital copy, mailing lists and clients’ database regularly
REQUIREMENTS:
· High school diploma or above
· Proven administrative experience
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
COMPENSATION: CAD 25-27/Hour
WORK HOURS: 30-40 Hours per Week
