JOB DETAILS
Workplace information: On site – Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Salary: $34.00 hourly for 32 to 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Start date: Starts as soon as possible

3. Relocation Financial Support: The company will offer a $1,500.00 relocation benefit to new employees who are Canadian PRs and Citizens. This will be given to them at the end of their 6th month of their service to the company. Availing this incentive, will have a 1-year return service requirement. Please note that this will NOT apply after the worker already started for the company and is asking for a relocation. Relocation benefit will have to be negotiated at the time onboarding.
4. Increased Wages: The company will offer Canadian new hires a salary adjustment after one year of work which will be dependent on the employees’ performance, which needs to be at least satisfactory.
5. Career Path: The company will provide trainings with the objective of transitioning employees from their position to assume a higher position depending on their skills set. Positions may include team leader rank, supervisor rank, moving them to other positions within the company if so desired and in which they may be good at.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Languages: English
Education and Work Experience:
· Completion of a four-year telecommunications line and cable apprenticeship program or related education and at least one year of work experience in the trade; or
· Completion of a two-year college program in electronics and at least two years of work experience in the trade; or
· A combination of over three years work experience in the trade and some industry-related or other specialized courses.

Job Apprenticeship: The company will continue to accept apprentices. Job Description: The role of the Rigger – Telecommunication is to perform all aspect of tower and rooftop installations and maintenance as well as all antenna system installation and maintenance.
Specific Tasks/Responsibilities:
· Inspect and test trunking systems.
· Install and maintain aerial and underground telephone equipment.
· Test equipment to locate transmission faults.
· Install trunking systems, circuits and equipment.
· Complete and maintain test and service reports.
· Determine nature, cause and location of trouble.
· Climb and work aloft on poles, ladders or other support structures.
· Splice, join and connect wires.
· Repair or replace defective telephone equipment.
· Good mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of power and hand tools.

Equipment and machinery experience: Coaxial line, Fibre optics, Copper
