Job description
Hire, train, and supervise salon staff, including hairstylists, estheticians, Nail technicians,receptionists, and other support staff.
Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained by the salon staff.
Handle customer complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues promptly andprofessionally.
Develop and manage the salon budget, including monitoring expenses and revenue.
Set prices for services and products in collaboration with salon ownership
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existingones.
Ensure the salon is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety regulations.
Oversee the appointment booking system and manage the salon’s schedule efficiently
Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for salon staff.
Build relationships with local businesses, suppliers, and community organizations toenhance the salon’s visibility and reputation
