We’re expanding our business and want you to be a part of it. To ensure smooth operations, we are currently seeking a permanent and full time qualified Administrative Coordinator to join our team at headquarters office.
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage daily administrative functions, including handling correspondence, filing, and maintaining organized records of operational and financial documents.
· Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and supplies, including procurement and inventory management.
· Coordinate staff schedules, meetings, and appointments, ensuring efficient time management for the leadership team.
· Assist with the preparation of budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
· Collaborate with restaurant managers to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
· Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation schedules and maintaining employee records.
· Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations across all restaurant locations.
Requirements:
· Completion of university or college diploma is required
· Min. three years of office or administrative work experience is required.
· Outstanding communication and coordination skills
· Effective use of office equipment, computers, software etc.
Wage/Working Hours
· Wage: $34.70 /hour
· Hour: 37.5hrs/week
· Term: Permanent and Full time position
