Job duties:
· Oversee and look after the child to ensure the child’s safety and well-being;
· Shop for food and prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the child;
· Supervise balanced routines that include physical activities, rest and playtime;
· Promote the child’s emotional health and assist in the child’s social development;
· Foster independence and self-care routines;
· Keep up-to-date records of the child’s development, routines, and interest;
· Maintain a safe and supportive environment where the child can learn and thrive;
· Carry out housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, dish washing, etc.
Work Site Environment: Non-smoking; Scent free
Work Location: Employer’s private home
Requirements:
· Have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
· Have previous experience in the same or related field;
· Be able to speak, write, read, and understand English;
· First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
30 hours per Week
Starts as soon as possible

Experience with special needs children (children with allergies)
