Terms of Employment: Permanent Position / Full-Time / Day, Shift (30-44 hours per week)

Wage: $27.00 – $36.00 (Depends on Experience)
Benefit: 4% Vacation Pay
Start Date: As soon as possible
Job duties:
1. Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
2. Evaluate daily operations
3. Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
4. Plan and organize daily operations
5. Recruit staff
6. Set staff work schedules
7. Supervise staff
8. Train staff
9. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
10. Conduct performance reviews
11. Cost products and services
12. Organize and maintain inventory
13. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
14. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
15. Address customers’ complaints or concerns
16. Provide customer service
Supervision:
• 5-10 people
Credentials – Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses:
• Responsible Beverage Service Certificate
Job Requirement:
· Language of Work: English
· Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
· Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
