Job requirements

 

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Minimum of one year of experience as a Reservations Supervisor and/or Travel Agency Manager is required

 

 

Job details:

 

Salary: $ 41.25/ hour for 30 to 40 hours per week

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

 

·         Plan and direct overall operations of the business including the activities of staff in providing travel services for clients.

 

·         Set objectives and performance standards for the agency and its employees.

 

·         Manage staff and assign duties, including hiring and training.

 

·         Establish and manage budgets, oversee expenditures, and ensure profitability.

 

·         Negotiate with travel service providers (such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators) for best pricing and packages.

 

·         Develop promotional strategies and marketing plans to attract clients.

 

·         Ensure compliance with travel laws and regulations, including licensing and insurance requirements.

 

·         Handle client complaints or disputes and provide resolutions when necessary.

 

·         Oversee the preparation of brochures, advertising material, and client proposals.

 

·         Stay updated on global travel trends, destinations, and risks.

 

·         Supervise the booking process for flights, accommodation, and tours.

 

·         Maintain strong relationships with business clients, tour operators, and suppliers
