We’re expanding our business and want you to be a part of it. Currently we are looking for a permanent and full-time qualified Restaurant assistant manager to join us.
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising and directing daily operations.
· Support the development and execution of initiatives to boost revenue.
· Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen staff on budget estimation and menu planning.
· Assist in recruiting, hiring, and overseeing staff training and performance.
· Schedule employee shifts and verify timesheets for accuracy.
· Maintain financial and statistical records to prepare management reports.
· Monitor inventory levels and place supply orders as needed.
· Uphold consistent standards for food quality and customer satisfaction.
· Handle inquiries from suppliers, contractors, customers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
· Completion of college diploma is required
· Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in food service industry
· Great communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
· Ability of independent work and confident decision-making
Wage/Working Hours
· Wage: $34.75 /hr
· Hour: 30 hrs/week
· Permanent and Full time position
