Job Description: Tool and Gauge Inspector

Job Duties: Maintain, repair and calibrate precision measuring instruments; Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances; Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports; Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers); Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments

Terms of employment: Permanent; Full-time; Day/Evening

Wages: $35.00 per hour for 35 hours a week

Education required: Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience

Computer and technology knowledge: Mastercam CAD/CAM

Equipment and machinery experience: Automatic lathes; Drill presses; Computer-aided design (CAD)

Work experience preferred: 3 – 5 years

Language: English

Start: As soon as possible
