Heart Connection Inc. dba Ramen Danbo brings traditional Fukuoka style Kyusyu Hakata Tonkotsu ramen to Japanese food fans in Great Vancouver area. The aroma of our signature Tonkotsu broth is unmistakable – a simple but truly delicious umami, always made daily in-house.

After the Kitsilano and Robson shops in Vancouver BC Canada were the Ramen Danbo’s first restaurants established in 2015, we’re expanding our business continually and want you to be a part of it. To ensure smooth operations, we are currently seeking a permanent and full time qualified Corporate Secretary to join our team at headquarters office.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Develop, implement, and maintain corporate administrative policies and internal procedures to support effective communication and coordination among the company’s executive team, management, and branch locations.

·         Review and organize internal reports, correspondence, and documentation from restaurant branches and departments.

·         Coordinate meetings for executives, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, recording minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.

·         Act as a key liaison between executives, branch managers, and external partners such as vendors, legal advisors, and government agencies to facilitate corporate communication and compliance.

·         Prepare official corporate filings, maintain confidential records, and ensure all documentation meets legal and regulatory requirements under Canadian business law.

·         Represent executives and the company in meetings and discussions with stakeholders, ensuring accurate communication and follow-up actions.

·         Manage the coordination of executive travel, event planning, and other administrative functions necessary for smooth corporate operations.

 

Requirements:

·         Completion of university Bachelor’s degree is required

·         Min. three years of office or administrative work experience is required.

·         Strong knowledge of business correspondence, record keeping, and meeting coordination.

·         Effective use of office equipment, computers, software etc.

 

Wage/Working Hours

·         Wage: $36.60 /hour

·         Working Hours:  40 hrs/week

·         Term: Permanent and Full time position

·         Benefit: Extended Medical Group Insurance
