Job Description:
– Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
– Supervise and coordinate staff schedules and work assignments
– Assist with hiring, training, and performance management of staff
– Monitor inventory levels, place supply orders, and control food and labour costs
– Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
– Support menu planning and operational improvements
– Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff attendance
Terms of Employment : Permanent, Full-time
Wages : $35.00 hourly for 30 hours per week.
Benefits : 4% days of paid vacation.
Qualifications/Skills/Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in the food service industory, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role
- Language: Speak English, Read English, Write English
