· Wage: $54.00 to $82.00 hourly (To be negotiated)
· Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week (Flexible hours can be arranged)
· Terms of employment: Permanent employment / Full time
· Starts as soon as possible

REQUIREMENT
Languages

Education
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years OR equivalent experience
Experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
1. Advise project teams
2. Analyse the administrative issues in order to provide help to the employee
3. Assign projects
4. Coordinate projects and programs
5. Develop action plans
6. Direct the operations of an organization or department that provides services
7. Evaluate the operations of establishments that provide services to business
8. Plan and organize the operations of establishments that provide services to business
9. Provide expertise in response to clients needs
10. Review projects and programs
11. Sort the technical problems in order to help the employee with established procedures
12. Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
13. Plan and direct research
14. Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
15. Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
16. Plan, develop and organize the policies and procedures of establishments
17. Represent the company within various economic and social organizations
