Responsibilities

We are seeking an Athletic Coach (Squash) to carry out various responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Assessing the strengths and weaknesses of athletes or teams.

Planning, creating, and executing training and practice sessions.

Cultivating and enhancing athletes’ potential skills and abilities.

Developing, organizing, and managing competitive schedules and programs.

Inspiring and preparing squash athletes and/or teams for competitive events or games.

Devising competitive strategies, crafting game plans, making adjustments, and guiding athletes and players during games or athletic events.

Analyzing and evaluating the performances of athletes or teams, and adjusting training programs accordingly

Scouting, identifying and recruiting emerging athletes for professional sports teams.

Observing and assessing the skills and performance of potential athletes, including a review of their past records.

Compiling reports on athletes’ evaluations and recommendations, which are then submitted to professional teams and sponsors.

 

Qualifications

–              Proof of coaching certification(s) and experience

–              At least 2 years of experience in squash

Assets:

–              Squash athletic achievements

–              A passion for squash

–              In-depth knowledge of squash rules, techniques, and strategies

–              Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

–              Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
