The aroma of our signature Tonkotsu broth is unmistakable – a simple but truly delicious umami, always made daily in-house. After establishing our first restaurants in Kitsilano and Robson in Vancouver, BC, in 2015, currently we operate four restaurants and plan to open two more this year at new locations across metro Vancouver, Canada. We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Restaurant Operations Manager for a permanent, full-time position to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee restaurant operation to ensure consistent service quality and operational efficiency.
· Supervise and mentor kitchen manager, chef, food service supervisors
· Develop operational budgets and monitor financial performance, including labour and food costs.
· Implement operational procedures and service standards
· Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of management staff.
· Coordinate operational planning for new restaurant openings and expansion initiatives.
· Analyze sales reports and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
· Completion of College diploma
· Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in the food service sector
· Great communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
· Ability of independent work and confident decision-making
Wage/Working Hours
· Wage: : $36.75 / Hour
· Work hour: 32.50 hours/week
