Experience requirement: 1 year as a food service supervisor

Wage: $18.50/hour, 35 hours/week.
Job Duties:
· Supervise and co-ordinate activities of kitchen and front staff.
· Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
· Ensure staff is following franchise recipe and procedures.
· Establish work schedules and assign duties to staff.
· Estimate and order ingredients and supplies on time.
· Ensure food service and food quality are excellent.
· Address customers’ complaints or concerns professionally
· Maintain records of stock, sales and reduce food wastage.
· Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
· Ensure compliance with safe food handling, health and safety regulations.
· Assist in hiring staff, local marketing and budget planning.
