Job Description:

Dispatch Staffing is looking for a Finance Manager to manage the company’s finances, including financial reporting, client billing, payroll administration, budgeting, and operational expenses.

This role requires close coordination with partner healthcare facilities, financial service providers, and internal teams to ensure compliance with Canadian regulations, tax requirements, CRA reporting, provincial employment standards, and other statutory obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day financial operations, including payroll processing, client billing, budgeting, and monitoring operational expenses
Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making
Conduct regular financial audit to ensure compliance with Canadian regulations, tax requirements, CRA reporting, payroll remittances, provincial employment standards, and other statutory obligations
Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen internal financial controls
Maintain organized financial records and ensure the integrity and accuracy of all financial data
Assist with end-of-month and end-of-year financial-related tasks and activities, including reconciliations, preparation of supporting documentation for audits and regulatory reviews, and filing of taxes and statutory remittances

Requirements:

Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in financial operations, accounting, or financial management, preferably within a service-based or staffing organization
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
Experience managing financial records, expense tracking, and operational financial processes
Ability to coordinate financial activities across multiple operational teams in a fast-paced business environment
Experience working with healthcare organizations in Canada, including knowledge of regulatory, payroll, and tax requirements specific to the healthcare staffing sector, is considered an asset.
CPA designation is considered an asset, but not required

Pay: $104,000.00-$112,000.00 per year
