Job Description:

Dispatch Staffing is looking for a Recruitment Manager to oversee and strengthen the company’s recruitment processes, supporting existing and potential healthcare clients across Canada. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring timely placement of qualified candidates to meet client staffing needs.

The successful candidate will lead recruitment strategies, coordinate closely with internal teams and clients, and oversee candidate sourcing initiatives that require direct engagement with healthcare professionals across Canada. This includes targeted outreach, relationship-building, and participation in recruitment initiatives to develop and maintain a strong pool of qualified healthcare professionals to support client staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare professionals supporting partner healthcare facilities across Canada
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals and maintain a strong talent pool
Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and interviews to assess qualifications and experience, and match candidates with client staffing needs
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to encourage commitment throughout the recruitment process, and promote long-term affiliation with Dispatch Staffing
Coordinate closely with the client services team to understand client staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly
Identify opportunities to expand candidate sourcing channels and strengthen recruitment initiatives across Canada
Monitor recruitment performance and hiring outcomes to identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience
Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate profiles, and hiring pool using internal tracking systems
Participate in recruitment initiatives, professional outreach activities, and industry engagements to promote Dispatch Staffing and attract qualified candidates

Requirements:

Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing, preferably within a regulated healthcare or staffing environment
Proven experience building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals to strengthen candidate engagement and retention
Excellent communication, talent evaluation skills, and ability to manage relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams
Demonstrated experience recruiting for geographically dispersed or hard-to-fill roles
Strong understanding of Canadian healthcare recruitment challenges and staffing shortages
Experience using recruitment systems, databases, and reporting tools
Experience recruiting for healthcare organizations serving Indigenous, rural, or remote communities, or within regulated public healthcare environments, is considered an asset

Pay: $76,000.00-$84,700.00 per year
