Job Description and Duties:
· Interior Door Installation
· Trim works such as install casing, baseboard, crown molding etc.
· Cabinet Installation
· Stair Cladding, railing Installation
· Wood paneling Installation
· Hardwood flooring Installation
· Verifies drawing, written specifications, and choices of materials
· Estimate materials and labors costs
Requirement：
· Completion of secondary school is usually required.
· Completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program or post-secondary training in carpentry or a related trade is an asset.
· At least 2 years of experience as a carpenter, finish carpenter, or in a related carpentry trade.
Experience in residential and/or commercial interior finishing is required.
· Own vehicle
· Willing to travel regularly
· Valid driver’s licence
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
· Experience installing interior doors, trim, baseboards, casings, crown mouldings, cabinets, stair cladding, railings, wood paneling, and hardwood flooring.
· Ability to accurately measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wood and other construction materials.
· Ability to estimate material quantities and labour requirements for assigned projects.
· Knowledge of building materials, carpentry techniques, and construction safety practices.
· Proficient in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
· Physically capable of lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and performing repetitive tasks.
