Description:- At Kleanpals Cleaning Ltd, we are looking for a fulltime permanent Housekeeping Supervisor (NOC 62024). Must be able to work morning, evening and weekend shifts. Training will be provided. May need to work independently.
Job Duties:
· Supervise, assign, and coordinate the daily work of cleaners and housekeeping staff.
· Prepare staff schedules, work assignments, and cleaning rotations.
· Inspect completed work to ensure company and client cleaning standards are met.
· Train new employees on cleaning procedures, equipment, chemicals, and workplace safety.
· Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, performance, and productivity.
· Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
· Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning products and request replacements when needed.
· Conduct regular inspections of offices, buildings, washrooms, common areas, and other assigned locations.
· Handle client complaints and resolve cleaning or service-related issues professionally.
· Communicate with clients, management, and cleaning staff regarding daily operations and special requirements.
· Ensure employees follow health, safety, and workplace policies.
· Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, accidents, or safety hazards to management.
· Maintain cleaning records, inspection reports, supply records, and staff attendance records.
· Arrange coverage when employees are absent or when additional cleaning staff are required.
· Coordinate deep-cleaning projects and special cleaning requests.
· Monitor inventory and control the proper use of cleaning supplies to reduce waste.
· Ensure cleaners are properly dressed and follow company standards for professional conduct.
· Provide feedback, coaching, and disciplinary recommendations when necessary.
· Assist management with performance evaluations and staff development.
· Ensure all client sites are consistently maintained to the agreed service standards.
