Hours:                                              35 – 40hrs/wk

Overtime:                                        $35.56/hr (As per BC Standards – for over 8 hrs/day; 40 hrs/wk)

Education:                                       Secondary (High) school graduation certificate

Experience:                                     7 months to 1 year experience required

Job Duties:

Cut, grind, debone and prepare meat as per order
Prepare special cuts as per customer orders.
Weigh and package the prepared products
Clean the equipments, storage room & workspace on the regular basis.
Perform regular quality checks on poultry and meat products.
Coordinate delivery or pickups for customer orders.
Keep proper product sales records and manage the inventory.
Train newer or less experienced employees and ensure they know their responsibilities
Adhere to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and food safety standards.
