TASKS
Establish administrative procedures.
Participate in policy development by preparing reports and briefs for management.
Resolve conflict situations.
Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
Assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records.
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of other early childhood educators and assistants.
Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children.
