As a Farm Manager your job description would be as follows:

·         Planting, cultivating, early spring pruning, tying, canopy management and harvesting crops.

·         Repairing and maintaining trellis system for grape vines

·         Conduct inspections and maintenance on vehicles, tools and equipment/ report problems

·         Organizing and supervising employees daily

·         Keep records of work activities, product applications, material usage as requested

·         Apply pesticides when required for control of weeds, diseases and insects in Vineyard

·         Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times when required

·         Comply with all company policies and regulations.

·         Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations.

Type of crops: Cherries, Grapes, Vineyard

Education: Secondary education required

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Able to work in fast paced environment, Repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, Good team player, ability to work outdoors

Language Requirements: English.

Salary: $ 30 hourly for 30-40 hours per week

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
