As a Fruit Farm Worker your job description would be as follows:

·         Greenhouse cleaning

·         Maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy and grapes

·         Mixing fertilizer

·         Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops

·         Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts

·         Tie and secure plants

·         Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality

·         Fertilize and spray crops

·         Harvest crops

·         Soil fertility programs

·         Cut horticultural crops

Type of crops: Cherries, Grapes, Vineyard

Education: No formal education required

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Able to work in fast paced environment, Repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, Good team player, Move or lift objects up to 23 kg (50 lbs.)

Language Requirements: Basic English.  There is no specific language requirement.

Salary: $ 18.25 hourly for 30-40 hours per week

Experience: Not required. Will train
