Job Description:

Coordinating resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet project goals.
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of carpenters & door & window installers. Monitoring the progress of door installation work and ensuring it aligns with the project schedule.
Managing subcontractors like electricians, plumbers, Framer’s, Landscapers and ensuring they complete their work as per agreements.
Conducting regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Taking corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
Keeping detailed records of project activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
Identifying challenges and obstacles during construction and developing effective solutions to meet deadlines by effectively managing projects.
Maintaining accurate and detailed project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders.
Supervising and motivating construction teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
Resolving conflicts within the team & other tradesman, also fostering a positive work environment.

Education
Secondary school education is required
Any trades certification would be considered an asset.
Any post secondary Education will be considered asset.

Work experience
2-3 years of work in the related field is required

32-40 hrs per week.
$38.50/hr
