Experience: Minimum 1-2 year of experience in food service. Experience should include supervising staff, providing customer service, and managing daily operational tasks.
Description:- At 2 For 1 Family Pizza, we are looking for a fulltime permanent Food Service Supervisor. Must be able to work morning, evening and weekend shifts. Training will be provided. May need to work independently.
Job Duties:
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
Hire food service staff
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Prepare budget and cost estimates
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Prepare and submit reports
Prepare food order summaries for chef
Skills and Abilities:
· Organized, Reliable, Team Player, May need to perform repetitive tasks.
