·         Direct and coordinate team efforts to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

·         Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.

·         Foster a positive customer service culture among team members.

·         Oversee staff training and monitor staff performance

·         Create employee work schedules and oversee staff performance

·         Monitor revenue to optimize profitability and control expenses effectively.

·         Order supplies and maintain inventory
