Overtime: $77.88/hr (As per BC Standards – for over 8 hrs/day; 40 hrs/wk)

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Qualifications:
Excellent problem solving, leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize activities based on company needs.
Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Adept at working in a fast paced, customer-oriented environment
Demonstrated time management, organizational and conflict resolution abilities
Responsibilities will include the following:
Coordinate construction project activities and maintain project files, schedules and supporting documentation
Coordinate purchase orders, material procurement and timely delivery of construction materials to job sites
Track construction billing, accounts receivable/payable, project invoices and cost records, and provide status reports to management
Prepare progress reports and project schedule updates for clients and management
Maintain manpower schedules, coordinate labour transfers and work sequencing across project sites
Hire, schedule and supervise subordinate staff and coordinate activities with project personnel and subcontractors
Review timesheets, labour coding and related project records for accuracy and completeness
Attend Work in Progress Meetings, track project schedules, cost to complete and action items, and follow up as required
Maintain construction safety records, including hazard assessments, safety meeting records and incident reports
