Position: Food Service Supervisor (Permanent/Full Time)

We at A&W is seeking for a Food Service Supervisor on permanent basis to augment our staff. If you are experienced, self motivated team player with great leadership skills, come forward to join our team.

As a Food Service Supervisor your job description would be as follows:

1.      Supervise and schedule Food & Beverage Servers and other staff members.

2.      Estimate and order ingredients and supplies for restaurant operations and calculate food and labour costs.

3.      Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and food wastage.

4.      Hire & train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

5.      Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

Education: Completion of Secondary School

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Standing for extended periods.

Personal Suitability

Effective interpersonal skills, Team player, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Client focus

Language Requirements: Must be able to communicate in English.

Salary: $ 20.45 hourly for 30-40 hours

Experience: 1-2 years of related work experience
