JOB DESCRIPTION
- Hire, supervise and schedule staff;
- Plan and estimate labour and materials;
- Maintain work records and logs;
- Tender and administer contracts;
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies;
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality;
- Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers;
- Establish work schedules and procedures.

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
