Job title: Cafe Manager
- Plan and organize daily operations.
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits.
- Evaluate daily operations and monitor staff performance.
- Monitor revenues to determine labor costs.
- Recruit staff and set staff work schedules.
- Supervise, train, and conduct performance reviews for a team of 3-4 people.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Lead and instruct individuals in their daily tasks.
- Address customer complaints or concerns and provide high-quality customer service.
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wages: $36.00 hourly for 30 hours per week.
Benefits: 4% days of paid vacation.
Qualifications/ Skills/ Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in the food service industory, preferably in a supervisory role
- Language: Speak English, Read English, Write English
