Job Duties:

·       Prepare and cook pizza and other food items.

·       Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs.

·       Prepare food ingredients.

·       Maintain inventory of food ingredients and supplies by ordering on time.

·       Record food usage and minimize food wastage.

·       Follow safe food handling, storage and sanitation guidelines.

·       Train and monitor staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.

·       Clean kitchen and work area.

·       Manage kitchen operation.
