JOB DETAILS

Work location: On site – Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

 

Salary: $36.77 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

 

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time

 

Employment conditions: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours

 

Start date: Starts as soon as possible

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Languages: English

 

Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience

 

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

 

Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort

 

Specific Tasks/Responsibilities:

·         Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.

·         Recruit and hire staff.

·         Supervise staff.

·         Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies.

·         Conduct training sessions.

·         Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities.

·         Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.

·         Implement marketing activities.

·         Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities.

·         Enforce policies and procedures.

·         Address customers’ complaints or concerns.

·         Assist clients/guests with special needs.

·         Establish work schedules.

·         Manage events.

·         Organize and maintain inventory.

 

Supervision: 5-10 people
