Job Description: Heavy Duty Cleaner

Job Duties: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse, Empty trash cans and other waste containers, Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens,  Work with minimal supervision, Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas, Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, Perform safety and security checks

Equipment Used: Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers,  Power tools, Power lawn mowers, Security system, Snowblower, Small tractors (lawn/snow removal attachments)

Work Setting: Commercial, Corporate and Residential Buildings

Terms of employment: Permanent; Full-time; Day/Evening

Wages: $20.57 per hour for 30 hours a week

Education required: High School Diploma

Work experience: 7 month to 1 year

Language: English

Start: As soon as possible
