Crescent Moon Enterprises operates three retail gift shops in British Columbia: Smile Gift in Whistler, Smiley’s, and THE LITTLE THINGS in Vancouver. Smiley’s Vancouver is a popular gift store that has welcomed both locals and tourists from around the world for over 18 years. The Smiley’s Vancouver store is located in Gastown, one of Vancouver’s most vibrant and unique tourist areas, and is a one-stop shop for Vancouver souvenirs and gifts. In April 2025, we also opened a new store, THE LITTLE THINGS, in Vancouver.

We are currently seeking one permanent, full-time Retail Sales Supervisor to join the team at the Smiley’s Vancouver store.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Manage daily sales activities and establish work schedules

·         Recruit and train new sales staff and motive the team

·         Supervise and assign sales staffs to duties and tasks

·         Authorize payments and the return of merchandise

·         Prepare sales reports and Staff performance to company management

·         Resolve problems such as customer complaints and supply shortages

·         Record , Maintain inventory and order merchandise accordingly

·         Perform store opening and closing if required

Requirements:

·         High School diploma is required

·         Min. 2 years of previous supervisory experience as a Retail sales supervisor,

Cashier supervisor or related position.

·         Customer service and communication skills

·         Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking skills

·         Responsible and Reliable to show up for work on time

Wage/Working Hours/Benefits:

·         Wage: $25.00 / hour

·         Hour: 32.5 hrs/ week

·         Extend Medical and Dental Insurance

·         Permanent and Full time position
