MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office, such as answer and direct phone call, schedule meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
· Greet visitors and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person
· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
· Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, research new deals and suppliers
· Submit and reconcile expense reports
· Update and maintain office policies and procedures
· Communicate with agents to facilitate the sale of products.
· Handle copywriting tasks, including work reports, feedback reports, and data statistical reports.

REQUIREMENTS:
· High school diploma or above
· Administrative experience is an asset
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
COMPENSATION: CAD 25-27/Hour
WORK HOURS: 30-40 Hours per Week
