Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the food service sector is required

Job details:

Salary: $22.00 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week

Tasks

·         Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food

·         Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation

·         Establish work schedules and procedures

·         Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

·         Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures

·         Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

·         Prepare and submit reports

·         Address customer complaints or concerns on shift

·         Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
