E-Net Solutions Inc. is looking for 1 General Manager (Telecommunication)to work for a full-time & permanent basis.
Job Duties:

• Organizing, planning, leading, and assessing all key telecom activities, ensuring strict adherence to the company’s policies, goals, and objectives. Oversee the execution of projects and operations to guarantee alignment with organizational strategies and vision.
• Creating, implementing, organizing, and refining telecom operations and projects, while also ensuring continuous monitoring and assessment of business procedures and policies to optimize performance.
• Developing, approving, and carrying out organizational policies, programs, and internal campaigns. Allocating resources efficiently to ensure the right amount of work is distributed among appropriate departments and employees, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Providing clear instructions, delegating authority as necessary, and offering justifications for decisions.
• Empowering managers by delegating responsibilities while ensuring smooth communication and decision-making across teams.
• Supervising the operations of all key departments and approving the creation of new departments or positions to enhance organizational growth and performance.
• Establishing policies and benchmarks for recruitment and employee development, ensuring the selection of top-tier talent for various roles within the organization.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring collaboration and effective communication between all stakeholders.

Education:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of a university degree in business administration, commerce, computer science, or other discipline related to the service provided

Salary: $97 and guaranteed 30 hours/week.
