Job Title: Meat Trimmer

Location: 3737 2nd Avenue, Burnaby BC, Canada V5C 3W6

Wage: $28 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week

Term: Full-time, Permanent

Language: English

Vacation: 4% vacation pay (or 10 days) per year

Responsibilities:

Trim excess skin and fat from poultry and meat

Inspect poultry and meat for defects, bruises, bones or blemishes and remove them

Cut and prepare poultry and meat for commercial use

Perform meat grinding

Weight and package processed poultry and meat

Conduct end-of-day clean-up

Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school

Experience: 1 to 2 years of meat trimming/cutting experience in a warehouse setting
