Job Description
· Develop and implement strategic objectives for the club’s marketing and operational goals. Formulate or approve company policies and promotional programs aimed at increasing brand visibility and market share.
· Authorize and organize the establishment of marketing senior staff positions, ensuring the optimal structure for success.
· Allocate marketing resources to implement organizational policies and programs and approve promotional campaigns and resources planning.
· Select, manage, and mentor marketing managers and directors, delegating the necessary authority and creating optimal working conditions to foster a high-performing marketing team.
· Formulate and approve promotional campaigns and oversee marketing resources planning.
· Represent the organization, or appoint representatives, in negotiations and other official functions, acting as a key figure in advancing the interests of Furry Creek.
Qualifications & Experience
· College diploma in marketing, business administration or other discipline related to the relevant field.
· 3+ years’ experience as a senior role in marketing field.
· Proven leadership experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the hospitality, leisure, or sports industry.
· Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and complex projects across multiple departments.
