Job Requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Minimum of 7 – months of experience as a Reservations Supervisor and/or Reservations Clerk is required

Job details:

Salary: $ 23.00/ hour for 30 to 40 hours per week

Vacancies: 2 (Two)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise a staff of travel clerks who are responsible for coordinating travel needs; Assign daily tasks to travel staff and monitor them; Provide guidance and assistance on complex and/or large travel requests; Review and verify travel request to ensure conformity with applicable rules; Regularly evaluate vendors and provide performance results or ratings to management; Contribute to the development of processes and procedures; Process requests for travel literature, brochures, tour books and other travel services; Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies; Ensure the computer systems, software and other office equipment is in working order at all times to ensure smooth operations; arrange for timely maintenance and repair; Order supplies and materials to ensure there is adequate inventory at all times; Resolve work-related problems and ensure highest level of customer service at all times; Submit progress and other reports to the management on a timely basis
