Job Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Strategy Development Analyze market research data to improve business decisions, identify trends, and enhance marketing strategies. Evaluate current marketing strategies and adjust them based on performance metrics and consumer insights. Develop and implement effective communication and branding strategies to strengthen Global Star’s market positioning. Plan, direct, and evaluate advertising and promotional campaigns to drive business growth and sales.

2. Digital Marketing & Online Presence Evaluate and optimize the company’s digital and online presence, including website, social media, and digital marketing channels. Oversee content marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience engagement. Manage and maintain a digital database, ensuring accurate tracking of marketing efforts and customer interactions. Implement and oversee paid media strategies, including digital advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), and influencer collaborations.

3. Business Development & Product Marketing Assist in product development by providing market insights and consumer feedback to improve offerings. Establish and expand distribution networks for products and services in target markets. Develop and manage key partnerships with industry leaders, media, and marketing agencies to strengthen brand presence. Market Global Star’s business services, identifying potential clients and expanding market share.

4. Public Relations & Communications Initiate and maintain media relationships to enhance brand awareness and visibility. Plan and coordinate special publicity events, product launches, and promotional campaigns. Review and approve written materials, including reports, briefs, speeches, presentations, and press releases. Oversee the preparation of marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, and corporate reports.

5. Budgeting & Performance Evaluation Plan, manage, and control marketing budgets and expenditures to ensure cost-effective strategies. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in marketing strategies and ROI optimization.

6. Leadership & Team Supervision Supervise and provide guidance to a small marketing team (1-2 employees), ensuring strategic alignment and productivity. Direct team members on gathering and researching crucial market and consumer insights. Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and efficiency in executing marketing initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience/Skills Needed for the Job

A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in marketing, digital advertising, brand management, or a related field.

Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, including digital marketing, content marketing, and social media campaigns.

Experience in managing and supervising a marketing team is preferred.

 

Preferred qualifications:

Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and data analytics to drive business decisions.

Experience in content creation, public relations, and brand management to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Familiarity with advertising and promotional strategies, including influencer marketing, event marketing, and media partnerships. A strategic mindset with the ability to adapt marketing approaches based on market trends and business needs.
