Wage: $23.00/hour, 35 to 40 hours/week.
Job Duties:
· Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
· Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
· Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
· Ensure quality food and good service is provided to the customers by staff.
· Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
· Prepare and submit reports
· Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene procedure is followed
· Establish work schedules
· Resolve customer complaints in professional manner.
